LARGE COMPANY: Learn how to screen for companies with a market cap over 10 billion.

The Filter matches every security with a market cap over 10 billion

Market Cap, as well as many other Properties are represented in millions, so 10,000 millions = 10 billion

The Score is the change of closing price from the Filtered On date to the Scored on Date. In this case, the % price change from Jul 4, 2013 to Oct 4, 2013.

Notice

Notice the results Overview box that is displayed after the Stock screener loaded.

Don't worry if it disappeared, the information can be found in the Messages Tab below the Explorer tab.

This Overview box displays Average score of all securities that pass as well as the range from minimum to maximum.

It also displays the score of the S & P 500, so it is safe to say that, on average, the securities that passed this stock screener outperformed the S & P 500 by 2.04% (7.4 minus 5.2). Don't worry if you are confused we will cover in in depth later in the quick start guide.
